SHOP POLICIES
All Margot Potter Studios art is handcrafted in our Pennsylvania studio. Due to the handmade nature of our art and products, there may be slight imperfections and inconsistences in appearance between similar items. We believe this adds to the uniqueness and charm of our creations.
Shipping to US ONLY currently.
Shipping times: Please allow 1-5 days to create, pack, and ship your items. This is a one woman show.
Returns: We do not generally accept returns, but will refund if items are damaged in shipping. Will need visual confirmation of shipping damage as items are insured through USPS. Please contact me if there are any issues with your order and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
Custom designs: We are not currently accepting custom orders, but are willing to discuss if you have interest.
Sales Tax: PA residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
