Last night I watched my daughter Avalon shine like a super nova as Annie. She enchanted everyone in the audience. To say that I'm proud of her is a vast understatement. In fact I don't think I have words for the way I felt watching her. She was that good.
I didn't plan on getting married and becoming a Mom, but I can't imagine any other life now. Having a child has taught me unconditional love. It has opened up my heart. It has shifted absolutely everything for the better. Sometimes the unexpected journey is the one most worth taking.

How wonderful! My daughter was Annie in a community theater production in 2000. So fun!
Glad you were able to see the show.. sounds like Avalon is a chip off the Margot Potter block and that's a great start to life.
See you in a coupla days..
You have quite a talented daughter! I would be proud of her also if it was me. She looked so cute in her costume.
Delightful! Isn't it wonderful to see your child shining if front of the whole world? Some kids just have that IT factor that makes all eyes go to them. I am blessed with two such kids. Congrats to Avalon, and to you for being the best mentor there is! Enjoy the day! Erin
I soooooooo wish I could have been there! Love you talented Potter Women!
Mwah! Knotty
Margo being one of the few that were lucky enough to see you perform in a Musical I can speak with some authority - THE NUT DIDN'T FALL FAR FROM THE TREE GIRL!
So happy for you and your accidental family. My wife had a professor that said to her "Life is what happens when you're busy planning something else". (Did Lennon say that first?)
